Data Processed
We process your account data (e-mail and authentication details), the website URLs and inputs you submit, the content generated for you, and your transaction records. Card numbers are handled by the licensed payment provider and are not stored by us.
Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed to create and manage your account, perform and improve the Service, process payments and issue records, provide support, ensure security, and fulfil legal obligations.
Legal Grounds
Processing is based on the grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK: the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract, compliance with our legal obligations, the establishment or protection of a right, and our legitimate interests, and, where applicable, your explicit consent.
Transfer
Your data may be transferred to our service providers (hosting, authentication, payment) to the extent necessary to provide the Service, and to competent authorities where legally required, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Your Rights
